Form
To receive your rebate:
- Check the box next to each item in this rebate and enter the total rebate amount.
- Fill out your name and address or attach an address label. Be sure to include any apartment, suite, unit and/or lot numbers.

Enclose the following in an envelope:
- The UPC code cut from the package
- The original, dated Vexilar/K-Drill purchase receipt
- This completed rebate form
- Mail the envelope to the address below:

Terms and Guidelines:
- The rebate will be in effect:
Monday, December 2, 2024 through Sunday, December 22, 2024, for any purchase, online or at a retail location. - Submission must be postmarked on or by January 15, 2025.
- Rebate requires submission of the following by US Mail: (1) the completed rebate form, (2) the UPC code cut from the package, and (3) the original sales receipt.
- A copied and/or re-printed receipt will not be accepted.
- Mail to:
Vexilar Mail-In Rebate, P.O. Box 385092, Minneapolis, MN 55438-9998. - Rebate does not apply to VIP purchases or reconditioned products.
- One rebate per address. Maximum quantity of one (1) for each specific item.
- Print clearly. Vexilar is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail due to lack of clarity.
- Proper postage amount required for mailing.
- Rebate checks will be mailed 4–8 weeks after receipt of the submission.
